Hello! Glad you are here.
Change Is Possible—Even When It Feels Out of Reach
Do you find yourself repeating the same patterns in your life, relationships, or career—feeling stuck or powerless to change? Do familiar challenges keep showing up, no matter how hard you try to move forward? If you're feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or anxious, you're not alone.
And you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Many of the coping strategies and beliefs we developed early in life once helped us survive—but often don't serve us in adulthood. Yet we frequently continue to rely on these outdated internal systems to navigate life, unconsciously recreating patterns of pain or chaos.
I believe that real, lasting change is possible for anyone. It begins in a safe, supportive space. I use a trauma-informed, results-oriented approach to help you identify and shift patterns that no longer serve you, and to develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Clients describe my style as warm, collaborative, and direct. I offer engaging, practical therapy focused on resolving barriers to achievement of both personal and professional goals.
If you’re ready to break free from old cycles and create meaningful, sustainable change, I invite you to reach out. Let’s get started.

About me
I aim to be the kind of therapist I would seek out myself, building genuine connections with clients through warmth and empathy, while also providing honest reflections and direct feedback. I help you cut through the all the clutter to clarify and change the underlying sources of disconnect or discontent in your life.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, holding a BS in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin, and an MA in Professional Counseling from Texas State University. I've been in private practice over 24 years.
I'm not a native Austinite, but after 3 decades here, it's definitely home. I have two grown children and an ever rotating roster of foster pups.

How often do I come to therapy?

How do I get started?
Many people can feel overwhelmed with the idea of therapy and uncertain of how to begin. I help make the process easier by offering a free 15-minute consultation to determine if therapy together is a good fit and I will provide additional referrals if needed. A detailed intake appointment helps each person to realize their personal goals for growth and what they would like to gain from counseling. Fill out the contact form below or give me a call.
What are your hours?
I schedule appointments on various weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings to accommodate different needs. Appointments are available both in person and via telehealth.
